I am a serial entrepreneur, CEO, leadership coach, startup advisor, and investor. I’ve launched more than a dozen companies, including Razorfish, Schematic, ARK, Videoplaza, and Prompt.ly, which sold to Breezeworks in 2016 as my fifth exit. With a passion for innovation, I serve as a board member, advisor, and coach to several companies in high-growth tech sectors, including blockchain, AI, robotics, and information security.
Known for my work in media and technology, I’ve held senior leadership roles at the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) where I led the creation and launch of both iPlayer and the BBC mobile service. Later, as CEO of Associated Northcliffe Digital, the digital holding company of DMGT (Daily Mail) I led the turn-around of a legacy media and digital classified giant. My last “big company role” was as the first foreigner in the “boardroom” of Samsun Electronics, where I led customer product experience until 2017. In addition to my work in technology & media, my diverse history has also included producing several TV shows, and feature films, including documentary WGA and Sundance winner “Who Killed the Electric Car?” and numerous festival and Emmy Award winners - 17 in all.
For the past three years I’ve committed a portion of my time giving back to entrepreneurs and with the birth of my third daughter last year, I’ve begun a non-exclusive emphasis on female entrepreneurs as an executive coach. I am certified in both Hudson and Evolution’s methodology and provide weekly or monthly sessions of sixty or ninety minutes.
I currently reside in San Francisco with my lover and three daughters but have clients that span the globe. Give me a ring or drop me a note and lets talk about collaborating.
